Prices are per child/day, valid in parents' room with two full-paying guests.
The children's prices are based on the age of the children during the stay.
Cancellation regulations
The following cancellation policy applies to all summer & fall bookings 2024:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival.
13 - 7 days before your arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
6 - 1 days before your arrival: 90% of the booked travel price
early departure / non-arrival will be charged with 100%.
All prices include the Alfa enjoyment package according to the description, excluding local tax of currently 3,70 € per person per day.
Price reduction for booking only with breakfast: -17 € per adult & -7 € per child per day (according to reservation confirmation, not to be cancelled afterwards).
Our rooms are all equipped with a hard floor and our comforters and pillows are hypoallergenic.
We are happy to accommodate a gluten allergy or lactose intolerance in the restaurant.
Other allergies, sparing costs or diets are only possible after consultation with our kitchen management.
We ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
There is a deposit payment betwenn 400 € to 800€ necessary per room to be paid by bank transfer. The exact amount can be found in the booking confirmation.
